Un succès BDS : le Portugal se retire d’un projet de l’UE impliquant la police israélienne

Le gouvernement du Portugal s’est retiré d’un projet controversé de coopération avec la police israélienne, suite à une pression de la campagne BDS.

La décision du gouvernement portugais est un réel encouragement pour la campagne BDS. S’appuyer sur un savoir-faire acquis dans des conditions aussi violentes, illégales et immorales a été jugé inacceptable.

Le ministère portugais de la Justice a annoncé qu’il s’était retiré d’un projet conjoint – financé par l’Union Européenne – avec le ministère israélien de la Sécurité publique, la police nationale israélienne et l’université israélienne Bar Ilan. Le projet intitulé Law Train, qui vise à uniformiser les méthodes d’interrogatoire de la police, a suscité la controverse au Portugal en raison de la vive opposition à la participation d’Israël dans le programme européen « Horizon 2020 » et les violations répétées des droits de l’homme par les institutions et organisations israéliennes qui participent à ce programme.

Le gouvernement portugais a subi une forte pression des groupes de la société civile qui militent pour la fin de la coopération avec Israël. Les partis politiques ont dénoncé au Parlement l’usage systématique de la torture par la police israélienne et le rôle du ministère israélien de la Sécurité publique dans la détention illégale de milliers de prisonniers politiques palestiniens.

Après cinq années de guerre en Syrie, les masques sont tombés. La diffusion du texte de l’accord russo-états-unien révèle les intentions cachées des deux Grands : couper la « route de la soie » pour Washington, anéantir les jihadistes pour Moscou. En outre, l’échec de cet accord et les débats du Conseil de sécurité attestent du surréalisme de la rhétorique du président Obama : en cinq ans, il n’est pas parvenu à constituer le moindre groupe d’opposition « modérée » et ne s’est donc pas trouvé en mesure de les aligner, contrairement au texte de l’accord. Les États-Unis ne sont pas en mesure d’honorer leur signature.

 

 

L’échec de l’accord russo-états-unien du 9 septembre et les débats du Conseil de sécurité qui ont suivi permettent de confirmer plusieurs hypothèses.

 L’objectif stratégique actuel des États-Unis en Syrie est bien de couper la « route de la soie ». En préparant durant de nombreuses années, puis en plaçant au pouvoir le président Xi Jinping en mai 2013, la Chine a fait de la restauration de cet axe historique de communication son but principal. Cependant, la Chine étant devenue le principal producteur au monde, Xi a prévu de la doubler par une « nouvelle route de la soie » passant par la Sibérie et l’Europe orientale avant de rejoindre l’Union européenne.

En toute logique, les États-Unis organisent actuellement deux guerres par proxy, au Levant d’une part, en Ukraine d’autre part. L’installation du chaos en Syrie et au Donbass ne vise pas à satisfaire les théories cyniques de Leo Strauss, mais exclusivement à couper les deux trajets de la route.

Sans surprise, le président ukrainien Petro Porochenko est venu participer au Conseil de sécurité pour soutenir la délégation états-unienne accusant la Russie d’avoir bombardé un convoi humanitaire syrien.

 D’autre part, l’accord russo-états-unien prévoyait que les États-Unis sépareraient les combattants « modérés » des « extrémistes » ; puis que ces « modérés » participeraient avec les deux Grands et l’Armée arabe syrienne à la neutralisation des « extrémistes » ; enfin qu’un gouvernement d’union nationale serait formé à Damas, sous la présidence de Bachar el-Assad, intégrant des représentants des « modérés » ayant participé à la bataille finale contre les « extrémistes ».

Or, rien n’a été fait en ce sens. L’engagement du secrétaire d’État John Kerry s’est avéré n’être qu’un vœu pieux. Washington n’a pas trouvé de combattants pour jouer le rôle des « modérés ». En réalité, tous les « modérés » sont des « extrémistes ». Il a donc fallu sauter sur l’occasion —voire l’organiser— du convoi humanitaire brûlé pour échapper à ses propres contradictions. La rhétorique du président Obama selon laquelle il soutient des Syriens qui se battent pour la Démocratie face à un régime qui les réprime ne correspond pas à la réalité. En 2013, le président Vladimir Poutine avait raison de railler les Occidentaux qui considéraient comme « modérés » les cannibales de l’Armée syrienne libre.

 Enfin, cet accord manifeste que l’objectif de la Russie est d’anéantir les jihadistes qui se préparent ici à l’attaquer dans le Caucase. La solution négociée était idéale pour Moscou : elle mettait fin aux souffrances de son allié syrien, elle ouvrait une voie de communication pour son allié chinois, et l’assurait d’en finir avec le jihadisme international. A contrario, Moscou vient de vérifier que, depuis la guerre d’Afghanistan, le jihadisme est une arme états-unienne tournée contre lui et que Washington ne va pas l’abandonner. Bien sûr, les nouveaux jihadistes n’en ont pas conscience, mais ceux qui se battent avec l’aide des États-Unis depuis 38 ans ne peuvent pas ignorer n’être que des supplétifs du Pentagone.

… où l’on voit que les étasuniens ont une répulsion pathologique au compromis − c’est pas d’hier − et pourquoi les récents développements en Syrie montrent que l’administration Obama est dans un état de confusion terminale

Les derniers développements en Syrie ne sont pas, à mon avis, le résultat d’un plan délibéré des États-Unis afin d’aider leurs alliés «terroristes modérés» sur le terrain, mais plutôt le symptôme de quelque chose d’encore plus grave : la perte totale de contrôle par les États-Unis sur la situation en Syrie, et possiblement ailleurs aussi.

Permettez-moi juste de rappeler ce qui vient d’arriver :

Premièrement, suite à des jours et des jours de négociations intensives, le secrétaire d’État Kerry et le ministre russe des Affaires étrangères Lavrov, étaient finalement parvenus à un accord de cessez-le-feu en Syrie qui potentiellement aurait pu, au moins geler la situation sur le terrain jusqu’à ce que l’élection présidentielle ait lieu aux États-Unis et que l’administration change − ceci étant maintenant l’événement le plus important dans le proche avenir. Donc aucun plan de quelque nature que ce soit ne peut aller au-delà de cette date.

Syrian Arab Army units attacked and eliminated a large number of foreign mercenary-terrorists across the country

(Des unités de l’Armée Arabe Syrienne attaquent et éliminent un grand nombre de terroristes mercenaires venus de l’étranger, à travers tout le pays.)

(29 September 2016) ~ Army and Armed Forces units, backed by the Army Air Force, launched more military operations against the armed terrorist organizations in different areas across the country, eliminating a large number of their members and destroying their equipment.

Homs

The Syrian Air Force destroyed tens of vehicles equipped with machine guns for ISIS terrorists as it targeted their positions and convoys in the surroundings of al-Shaer Oil field and Tuloul al-Sawaneh, about 60 km northwest of Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of Homs province, a military source told SANA Thursday.

Hama

The Syrian Air Force destroyed a number of tanks and armored vehicles belonging to the terrorist organizations in the surroundings of Atshan, Tibet al-Imam, Maardes, al-Kabbaryieh, Tal al-Zaater, al-Shaatha, al-Telisiyieh, Skeik, Mourek and Kawkab in the countryside of Hama province.

Daraa

An army unit targets a gathering of terrorists and their vehicles in Tisia town in the southeastern countryside of the southern Daraa province.

 (28 September 2016) ~ Units of the Army and Armed Forces targeted the terrorist organizations’ positions, gatherings and vehicles in a number of areas across the country, killing and injuring scores of their members.

Hama

Units of the army thwarted a large attack by terrorists of Jaish al-Fatah, Jund al-Aqsa and Ahrar al-Cham on Karah and al-Zaghba villages in Hama northern countryside, killing more than 70 terrorists.

Earlier, the Syrian Air Force destroyed terrorists’ positions, gatherings, a number of tanks and tens of vehicles in Atshan, Zour al-Tibeh, Maardes, Eneiz, al-Kabbariyeh, Tal al-Zaatar and Qbeibat Abu al- Huda in the countryside of Hama province, according to a military source.

The terrorists who were hit suffered heavy losses in personnel and equipment and a number of their positions, tanks and machinegun-equipped vehicles were destroyed in the strikes.

Homs 

An army unit destroyed a training camp for Jabhat al-Nusra to the northwest of Kisin village in the northern countryside of Homs.

Earlier, terrorists’ positions and vehicles were targeted by army units in Talbisa, al-Rastan, Kisin, Um Sharshouh and al-Ghanto in Homs countryside, with the operations leaving many terrorists dead, while the positions and vehicles, some equipped with machine guns, were destroyed.

Army units killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorists in the neighborhoods of al-Sad and al-Bajabjeh in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, in addition to destroying their vehicles.

A position for terrorists and more vehicles were destroyed east of Dael town in the northern countryside of Daraa province.

Later, a military source said that army units destroyed drones carrying explosives deployed by terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and prevented terrorist groups’ infiltration attempts in the direction of the abandoned battalion from Da’el and Ibta’a towns in Daraa’s northern countryside, inflicting heavy losses in personnel and equipment upon them.

Later still, two leaders of terrorist groups were killed in a special operation carried out by an army unit on the road between al-Nazihin Camp and Gharaz south of Daraa.

Aleppo

The Syrian Air Force hit gatherings of terrorists and their vehicles in Khan Touman, Maarata, Kafr Hamra, Hreitan and Babis in the countryside of Aleppo province.

Scores of terrorists were killed in the airstrikes and a number of their armored and machine-gune equipped vehicles were destroyed.

Moreover, Army units destroyed a meeting headquarters for leaders within Jabhat al-Nusra in Salah-Eddin neighborhood and two weapons and ammunition caches of the terrorist organizations in Old City of Aleppo.

An army unit destroyed a position used by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists for making car bombs on Aleppo International Highway in southwestern Aleppo.

Idleb

The Syrian Air Force destroyed two positions, seven vehicles and three cars equipped with machineguns that belong to “Jaish al-Fatah” terrorist organization in al-Tamaniaa area in Idleb province.

Two positions, 7 vehicles and 3 machinegun-equipped cars belonging to the terrorists were destroyed and a number of terrorists were killed.

Deir Ezzor

The Air Force of the Syrian Army carried out a series of air strikes on ISIS positions in the surrounding of al-Tharda Mountain, to the east of Deir Ezzor Military Airport and in the villages of al-Juneiniyeh, al-Husseiniyeh and al-Bugheiliyeh in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor province.

Many terrorists were killed or injured and armored vehicles were destroyed in the strikes.

A military source confirmed Army units restored full control over al-Farafira neighborhood in Aleppo city after eliminating the latest gatherings of terrorist groups in it.

The source said in a statement to SANA that army units carried out a swift operation, during which they established full control over al-Farafira neighborhood to the northwest of Aleppo Citadel after killing many terrorists, most of them members in the so called “Noor Eddin al-Zanki Movement” and Jabhat al-Nusra, and destroying their weaponry and ammunition.

 

The source added that engineering units dismantled landmines and explosive devices that were planted earlier by terrorist organizations before the rest of their members fled away from the neighborhood.

The source pointed out that an army unit destroyed command sites for terrorist organizations through detonating a tunnel in al-Izaa neighborhood along with all terrorists inside it.

The source said that another army unit directed a concentrated strike on a site that terrorist organizations were using for monitoring the area of al-Brij to the south of Handarat Camp in the northern countryside of Aleppo, destroying it totally.

The Air Force destroyed a number of positions and vehicles belonging to the terrorist groups in Daret Izzeh town and Qubtan al-Jabal village to the west of Aleppo.

The Air Force carried out sorties against fortifications and dens of terrorist organizations on the axis of Kafr Hamra, Anadan, and Haiyan to the northwest of Aleppo, destroying their positions and dens and killing a number of their members.

A unit of the army and armed forces, in cooperation with popular defense groups, confronts infiltration attempts by terrorists and launch a counterattack and establish control over farms between al-Rihan and Tal Kurdi in Damascus countryside.

Daraa

Army and Armed Forces unit destroyed several vehicles and positions of terrorist organizations and killed a number of their members in bombardments against their fortifications in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa province, a military source told SANA.

Hama

A military source told SANA that army units targeted the terrorist organizations’ gatherings in the villages of Ma’an and its surroundings, Tayebet al-Imam, Mourek, Tal Bezam, and M’ardes in the northern countryside of Hama province.

The source added that the army destroyed three tanks, four combat vehicles, and six machinegun-equipped cars, in addition to eliminating a number of terrorists.

Idleb

In the southern countryside of Idleb province, the Syrian Air Force destroyed terrorist organizations’ vehicles and killed a number of their members after targeting their gatherings and fortifications in the villages of Ba’rbo, al-Tamana town, and south of Khan Shaikhoun town.

Homs

The Syrian Air Force destroyed a number of ISIS positions and vehicles, some equipped with machineguns, in al-Sekhneh, north of al-Shaer oil field, south of Palmyra, and al-Rastan in Homs countryside, according to a military source.

The source confirmed the destruction of one of ISIS sites and the killing of a number of terrorists during an army’s airstrike on their locations to the south of Um Qobiba east of Homs city.

In the northern countryside of Homs, the Syrian Air Force carried out an airstrike on the fortified positions of Jabhat al-Nusra in al-Rastan city, destroying a number of the terrorist organization’ sites and killing many of its members.

(26 September 2016) ~ Army units on Monday continued to launch wide-scaled military operations against dens and positions of the Takfiri terrorist organizations across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel.

Homs

Army and Armed Forces unit foiled an attack by ISIS terrorists on one of the military posts in the northern countryside of Homs central province.

A military source told SANA that over the past few hours, a unit of the army clashed with a terrorist group from the ISIS that infiltrated towards one of the military posts positioned in the surroundings of al-Quneitirat village near Homs-al-Salamyieh road.

The source added that the attack was foiled and six terrorists were killed and others were injured, in addition to destroying a machinegun-equipped pickup truck.

Daraa

An Army and Armed Forces unit destroyed a gathering of vehicles that belong to terrorist organizations to the southwest of the crossroads on the Dam road in Daraa al-Mahatta area in the southern province of Daraa, killing many of the terrorists and injuring others.

Another army unit killed members of a terrorist group to the southeast of Bousra Square in Daraa al-Mahatta area.

Hama

Army units clashed with terrorist groups and hit their movements on the axes of Maan-Kawkab and Maan-al-Kabbaryia in the northern countryside of Hama, according to SANA reporter.

The reporter pointed out that 18 terrorists were killed during the clashes, including 11 from the so called “Al-Murabitin” group, 5 from “Jund al-Aqsa” and 2 others from “Abna’ al-Sham Movement”, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.

The reporter mentioned the names of some of the killed terrorists, who included groups’ leaders.

Army units foiled an attack by terrorist groups in the direction of al-Thafi, al-Zughbi and al-Talisia villages in the northern countryside of Hama, killing and injuring most of the terrorists.

Army units directed intensive strikes on terrorists’ gatherings in Atshan, Tal Skik and Um Hartin villages.

Four tanks, four armored vehicles, six vehicles equipped with machineguns and a 130 mm cannon were destroyed during the strike, in addition to killing many terrorists and injuring many others while tens of terrorists fled away towards al-Tamania in the southern countryside of Idleb.

(26 September 2016) ~ The command of the military operations in Aleppo called on the locals to keep away from the positions and gatherings of terrorist groups in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city.

Four days ago the command announced the launch of operations against the terrorist organizations in those neighborhoods.

In a statement on Monday, the command reiterated that it would continue to take all measures to facilitate the reception of civilians who would leave the city’s eastern neighborhoods and ensure they are well-accommodated.

These measures and facilitations include also those who were misled and want to get back on the right track, the statement said.

Aleppo Governorate has opened several routes for locals to leave the eastern neighborhoods, as hundreds of civilians and tens of gunmen have already left via these routes.

The gunmen had their legal status settled, while the families were relocated to equipped makeshift centers.

Despite the terrorist attacks against the Syrian armed forces, their Allies, and against the Civilian Population, despite the hostile actions of Israel, Turkey, Saudi and American allies, despite the knocking media propaganda that mystifies all news (accusing our armed forces and Allies for crimes they never committed), the brave Syrian army and the heroic Syrian people, together with Russians, Iranians and Hezbollah allied friends, continue the advance to regain the entire Syrian territory from the hands of the foreign-backed mercenary-terrorist, which are eliminated by the hundreds all over Syria. François Hollande et son ministre des affaires étrangères, les plus transparents du bloc de l’OTAN (rendons-leur cet hommage), car les moins impliqués en profondeur dans le plan général, ou peut-être parce qu’ils ne sont que de simples exécutants de ce plan, ont clairement défini ce qu’Alep-Est représentait pour leur bloc, ou plus précisément ce que représentent, à leurs yeux, les habitants de cette partie de la deuxième capitale de la Syrie. Ce ne sont que des otages, voire des boucliers humains, dont ils comptent bien se servir pour continuer leur guerre en Syrie.

Obama qui met son veto à une loi autorisant les poursuites contre les Saoudiens qui ont financé l’inside job du 11 Septembre; l’attaque contre les troupes syriennes pour permettre une offensive de l’Etat islamique à Deir ez-Zor;  puis la soudaine hystérie des merdias-systèmes pour condamner l’offensive de Damas à Alep: il est désormais clair pour tous que les atlantistes sont les alliés de Daesh en Syrie, et plus largement des barbus de tous poils au Moyen-Orient. Reste que la mobilisation politico-merdiatique contre la Russie et Damas atteint cette fois des proportions si délirantes qu’il faut se demander si la pègre néolibérale dirigeante ne se prépare pas à renverser la table en cherchant, en désespoir de cause, une confrontation directe avec la Russie.
